Role: Customer-facing AI Engineer
Location: Mountain View & Sacremento, CA (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ Years

Focus: AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Cloud, and Enterprise Solutions
What We Need
Someone who can build AI solutions, deploy them in customer environments, troubleshoot problems, and work directly with customers.
This is a mix of AI Engineering + Generative AI + Cloud + Solution Architecture + Customer Consulting.
Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer who can build, deploy, customize, and support AI solutions for enterprise customers.
The person should have strong experience with Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, Cloud, and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for customers.
  • Develop AI applications, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Work with LLMs such as OpenAI and Claude.
  • Customize AI solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Build and work with APIs, data pipelines, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
  • Troubleshoot AI application, model, deployment, and performance issues.
  • Help scale AI solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Work closely with customers, product teams, developers, and data scientists.
  • Follow AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Required Skills
  • Strong Python experience.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI.
  • Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude.
  • Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
  • Experience with APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and data pipelines.
  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of SQL and preferably JavaScript or Java.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
