Job Description



Job Title: EPIC OpTime Analyst


Location: Remote


Duration: 4 months + potential to extend


Pay Range: $73/hr $83/hr (W2)

Job Description


We are seeking an EPIC OpTime Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic OpTime configuration, maintenance, and optimization and a proven ability to improve surgical workflows, scheduling, and anesthesia documentation outcomes.



Responsibilities:



  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic OpTime module for surgical workflows and scheduling.

  • Act as a liaison between clinical stakeholders and IT to design build solutions and resolve issues.

  • Manage incident intake, ownership, troubleshooting, and resolution with measurable productivity.

  • Support upgrades, enhancements, and go-live activities, including Wave 3 support as needed onsite.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Deep knowledge of Epic OpTime functionality and build.

  • Ability to learn client's workflows, ask clarifying questions, and resolve incidents independently.

  • Strong productivity with capacity to manage and resolve a meaningful volume of tickets.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with clear communication skills.

  • Reliable internet connectivity and consistent availability during working hours.

  • EPIC Certification: OpTime.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience supporting enhancement work in addition to incident management.

  • Prior liaison experience with perioperative clinical teams.

Additional Details


Please note there may be a need to be onsite for Wave 3 of go-live from mid-October through the end of November.
