Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior Siemens Teamcenter Functional Expert / Solution Consultant with strong PLM functional and implementation experience. The candidate will work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to design and implement enterprise PLM solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 12+ years of PLM experience
  • 8+ years of Siemens Teamcenter implementation, rollout, transformation, or support
  • Strong Teamcenter Active Workspace experience
  • Hands-on Teamcenter configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of PLM processes and lifecycle management
  • Experience with multiple Teamcenter modules:
    • Product Structure / Item & BOM Management
    • Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
    • Classification
    • Workflow Management
    • Supplier Collaboration
    • Compliance Management
    • Document Management
    • Release Management
    • Configuration Management
  • Experience with EBOM, MBOM, and configurable product structures
  • Experience with Teamcenter SAP/ERP integration
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption
  • Experience leading business and IT workshops
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or related field
