Position: Senior Technical Lead – Embedded Networking / C++ / Linux

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers in embedded networking, enhancing their capabilities in C++ and Linux, and increasing productivity through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews in C++ and Linux environments, establishing quality assurance processes and performance optimization techniques to ensure the successful delivery of complex embedded networking solutions.
• Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews, acting as a consultant for feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, assessing architectural risks, and contributing to project estimations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to embedded systems projects, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize risks and facilitate timely resolution of escalations.

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of embedded networking principles and technologies.
• Proficient in C++ programming and Linux operating systems.
• Solid experience in software development lifecycle and coding standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
