Job Title: Cloud Migration Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise product capability build out as part of the cloud core transformation, partnering with technical teams and business product lines to deliver needed enablers and ensuring strategic fit.
• Operate between business and technology to translate complex concepts into actionable decisions.
• Drive readiness and execution for multi-year modernization efforts.
• Support process, data, and capability analysis and develop operational readiness plans.
• Manage dependencies and impacts across projects, ensuring traceability and documentation of governance and controls.
• Design operating models and workflows aligned with strategic objectives.
• Utilize financial services transformation experience to support project delivery.
• Contribute to cloud transformation and migration efforts, ensuring technical and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting transformation projects, with a focus on cloud transformation and migration.
• Ability to operate between business and technology domains, translating complex concepts.
• Strong process, data, and capability analysis skills.
• Experience in product and operational readiness planning.
• Proficiency in dependency and impact management processes.
• Design experience in operating models and workflows.
• Knowledge of governance, control creation, and traceability documentation.
• Financial services transformation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications or education in technology, business analysis, or related fields.
