Job Description

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, create reports, and collaborate with business and technical teams to design effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create reports and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Facilitate requirement discussions with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design appropriate solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Develop test scenarios, document results, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Communicate project updates and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
• 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and creating reports.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and working with business teams to design technical solutions.
• 5+ years of experience supporting UAT, training, and implementation activities.
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI.

Preferred Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
