The Role

• Assembling steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Installing high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mounting components such as HV clamps, insulators, and supporting structures.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, including pipe and cable mounting.
• Reviewing and marking up technical drawings.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, preferably within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments, including overnight stays, within Northeast Germany.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work approach.
