What We're Looking For
Active 440 or 220 insurance license required before starting
Insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable talking with customers and prospective customers
Motivated by sales goals and earning potential
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus!

Connect with customers and prospective customers
Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Prepare quotes and explain insurance options
Follow up with leads and prospective customers
Generate new insurance business
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
