Job Description
Harris Farm Markets Pty is seeking an IT Support Analyst to be the first line of support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and other key applications across 30+ stores in NSW, ACT and QLD. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and document processes that enable our business to scale.
Collaboration with the IT team will involve monitoring, ticketing, and small enhancements in D365 F&O, plus creating user training materials and knowledge base articles.
