The Role • Initiate collection activities on past due accounts through calls, letters, and emails, ensuring timely follow-up. • Process credit card payments, accurately posting them to accounts and logging all activity. • Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate information and data. • Collaborate with Customer Service Center employees to verify and correct any discrepancies. • Resolve customer disputes to achieve mutual satisfaction. • Analyze accounts receivable data to prioritize tasks and generate aging reports. What You'll Need • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience. • Minimum of 1-2 years of collections experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze financial information and maintain organized records. • Proficiency in processing payments and managing account data.
