Job Title: Implementation Analyst
Location: Berkley Heights, NJ (Onsite)

Must have skills: REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON/XML, 3rd-Party Platforms, SQL

Key Responsibilities: Lead interface mapping, payload configuration, and API/webhook integration workflows, validating system connectivity and message formatting across sandbox, staging, and production environments.
Client & Partner Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding phases—facilitating implementation kickoffs, troubleshooting data synchronization bottlenecks, and tracking integration deliverables to completion.
Technical Requirements : 4–6 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions integration, or technical support, with solid hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML schemas, Postman/cURL, and SQL queries.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with institutional fintech protocols (e.g., ISO 20022, FIX), cloud-based SaaS integrations, webhook event management, or prior exposure to digital assets, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.

. Qualifications & Profile
●Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience with 3–5 years of professional backend development.
●Core Language: Demonstrated proficiency in Python 3.x and experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django REST framework, or Flask.
●Databases & ORMs: Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database modeling using SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
●Tools & Workflow: Comfortable with Git branching workflows, pull requests, automated testing (pytest/unittest), and Linux/Unix command-line environments.
●Mindset: Strong problem-solving curiosity, proactive communication, and eagerness to learn institutional fintech, smart contracts, and digital asset rails.

Detailed Responsibilities
●Coordinate end-to-end technical implementation activities between external third-party systems (custodians, liquidity providers, core banking) and Fiserv's Digital Assets platform.
●Map data specifications, payload formats (JSON, XML), and transaction workflows to ensure seamless bi-directional synchronization.
●Perform functional validation, test execution, and API verification using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and automated testing utilities.
●Triage and troubleshoot integration errors, authentication issues (OAuth2, mTLS, API keys), and network connectivity bottlenecks across sandbox and live environments.
●Create and maintain technical integration guides, field mapping matrices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and release checklists.
●Collaborate directly with internal software engineering, product management, and external technical counterpart teams to unblock go-live milestones.
