We are hiring for an impact-driven community organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide essential educational support, focusing on innovation and client impact in transforming young lives.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, or other learning difficulties.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available) and professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating safe learning environments.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
