Position Overview
The Multi-State Travel Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting sales performance across various spa locations. This position requires travel to assigned sites and active participation in client consultations, service education, and revenue-driving activities. The role is best suited for individuals who are adaptable, client-focused, and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations with spa clients
• Educate clients on available services, packages, and memberships
• Support daily sales activities and revenue goals at assigned locations
• Maintain accurate documentation related to client interactions and sales
• Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure a consistent client experience
• Follow company sales processes, policies, and guidelines

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Willingness to travel across multiple states
