What You'll Do
Lead sales of treatment packages and services, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with estheticians and nurses for pre- and post-treatment consultations to maximize client satisfaction
Mentor, coach, and motivate your team to consistently reach and exceed sales goals
Ensure every client receives a professional, personalized, and memorable experience
Utilize provided client leads, no walk-ins or cold calling required
Optional: Travel to assist other locations, with all expenses covered
Who We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or luxury services
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
