Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Plan and manage IT projects, including budgets, schedules, scope, resources, risks, dependencies, and project documentation using established project management practices.
2. Lead technical software development teams and customer-focused Integrated Product Teams while coordinating delivery across business, technology, and stakeholder groups.
3. Manage Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery activities, requirements, business process analysis, Azure DevOps work items, and project portfolio management processes.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of experience in IT project management, Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery, project budgeting, technical team management, requirements analysis, UAT, and project portfolio management.
Technical Skills	IT Project Management, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Azure DevOps, Project Portfolio Management, User Acceptance Testing, Business Process Mapping, Requirements Documentation
Business / Domain Skills	Healthcare Insurance Systems, Project Governance, Budget Management, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Software Delivery
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience preparing formal business cases, project charters, budgets, and project governance documentation.
2. Experience leading healthcare or public-sector technology initiatives involving cross-functional delivery teams and customer stakeholders.
