Job Description:
4 years of experience in program management strategy and operations design operations or related crossfunctional roles
Experience developing and implementing standardized operational processes SOPs or scalable workflow frameworks
Experience leading crossfunctional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations
Experience supporting AI transformation operational excellence or organizational change initiatives
Experience supporting design research product or other highly crossfunctional organizations
Experience leading or contributing to AIrelated transformation adoption enablement or operational improvement initiatives
Experience identifying practical opportunities to apply AI across planning workflows documentation or team operations
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in fast paced environments

Minimum Qualifications
