Lead II - Product Support

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize custom business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
Develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps aligned with business requirements
Build and maintain Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to automate business processes and workflows
Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, external systems, APIs, websites, connectors, and other enterprise applications
Develop and integrate AI Builder use cases to support intelligent automation and business processes
Support Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI capabilities within Power Platform solutions
Design scalable application architectures, data models, business logic, and end-to-end integration solutions
Implement application lifecycle management practices, including solution packaging and deployments across development, testing, and production environments
Support DevOps practices and deployment pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps
Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS
Work with storage solutions such as Blob Storage and file systems for data exchange and integration
Develop and optimize stored procedures and T-SQL queries
Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows that align with business requirements and support a positive end-user experience
Implement security roles, data access policies, and appropriate security controls for Power Platform solutions
Ensure solutions support applicable healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and PHI handling
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and working solutions
Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and data-related issues
Stay current with Power Platform capabilities and drive continuous improvement and sustainable platform adoption
Mentor peers and promote Power Platform development and implementation best practices
