Job Description

Role Summary
A Marketing Coordinator position responsible for supporting marketing activities across multiple regions for a global enterprise. The role involves planning and executing regional and local marketing events, engaging target audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives within a dynamic B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive audience acquisition strategies for marketing events to target CIO and executive program participants
  • Plan and coordinate regional and local marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and customer roundtables
  • Draft invitations, follow-up communications, and promotional materials to support event engagement
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams on event signage, presentations, and promotional swag
  • Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and onsite setup and teardown
  • Assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and engaging suppliers for selected marketing activities
  • Support field marketing managers in executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Create communication materials for Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) to distribute to field sales teams
  • Monitor and report on event performance metrics and marketing campaign outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing best practices throughout all activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in event management or field marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Resourceful with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, particularly in 1:1 marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Availability to work during standard business hours (8 am – 5 pm local time)
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Publishing Pay Range: $42.00 - $45.00 Hourly 

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
