For over 15 years, Adam and Emily Abraham have built an extensive network of loyal clients who share a deep passion for luxury. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking passionate, driven, and ambitious individuals to join us on our mission - to build lasting trust in luxury by connecting people with authentic pieces, exceptional service, and timeless elegance.

Love Luxury is looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations across sales, logistics, website management, and after-sales. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our clients and supporting the wider team.

  • Process client orders and contact clients immediately for any missing invoicing or shipping details
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on live leads in coordination with Sales Executives
  • Respond to customer enquiries relating to orders, shipments, and documentation
  • Monitor all DHL shipments daily, confirm collections and deliveries, and manage after-sales check-ins
  • Liaise with DHL to resolve delays, delivery issues, or missing parcels
  • Review courier performance and support negotiations on pricing and service
  • Review website product listings daily for accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and imagery
  • Log and prepare new watches for listing, requesting verification prior to upload
  • Conduct competitor price checks and notify relevant team members of sales
  • Support authentication administration, including documentation, certificates, and record-keeping
  • Prepare purchase agreements, invoices, and ensure all documents are correctly saved and filed
  • Support in-store sales during busy periods
  • Assist with end-of-day closing duties, paperwork reconciliation, and lead logging

What you'll bring:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional manner
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
