You will host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera while online players join from around the state. You will work inside a professional broadcast studio, follow simple game procedures, and create an entertaining experience for players.

No casino experience required. No hosting experience needed. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.

What You Will Earn

• $17 per hour guaranteed starting pay, including base pay and guaranteed tips
• After three months, guaranteed pay increases to $18 per hour
• Additional tips and monthly performance bonuses
• Earning potential up to $23 per hour
• Paid training from day one

Choose the Hours That Work for You

You will receive a consistent assigned schedule with the same workdays each week. Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on the schedule selected. Your availability and schedule options will be reviewed during the interview process.

What You Will Do

• Host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera
• Welcome and engage online players in a friendly and professional way
• Follow game procedures and on screen instructions accurately
• Keep each game moving smoothly and confidently
• Bring energy, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before hosting live games

You will not handle cash or work directly with customers in person.

Who We Are Looking For

• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Bring a positive attitude and professional presence
• Can follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to your assigned schedule
• Can consistently work your selected 12, 16, or 24 hour weekly schedule
• Are available for evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts based on your assigned schedule
• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, entertainment, or another public facing role is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable wearing the assigned uniform and maintaining professional appearance standards
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to complete paid training before beginning live games

Essential Game Presenter and Game Show Host Physical Functions:

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
