Job Title: Product Owner AI / Prompt Engineering Location: Philadelphia, PA (90% Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with knowledge of AI and Prompt Engineering to join our team. The candidate will work closely with business teams, developers, and AI engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions and ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Define and manage the product backlog.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features based on business needs.
  • Work with AI and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Support the implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Experience with AI, Generative AI, or Prompt Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered applications.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
