Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong data background to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT. The ideal candidate will work closely with the business to understand requirements, translate them into clear product deliverables, and collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure successful delivery. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ownership of the product area they manage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into well-defined Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT architects/development teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog and support Agile delivery processes.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirement clarification sessions with stakeholders.
• Experience managaing enterprise DWH projects and Data Engineeirng teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and data strategy.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of the assigned product/domain area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a hybrid BA/Product Owner role.
• Solid understanding of data, data-driven solutions, and analytics concepts.
• Proven experience creating and managing Epics, User Stories, and product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working closely with IT architects and Agile development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of data platforms, reporting, or analytics solutions is an advantage.
• Scrum Product Owner or Business Analysis certification is a plus.
