Job Summary
We are seeking a strong hands-on Verint Workforce Management (WFM) Engineer with proven implementation experience in Amazon Connect environments.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Verint configuration, integration engineering, and cloud-based contact center solutions, with the ability to design and deploy enterprise-grade workforce optimization solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills:
Verint WFM experience with hands on in Amazon Connect connectors and integration
Hands-on configuration of Verint
PaaS solution design
Single Sign-On (SSO) integration

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Verint Workforce Management (WFM)
Experience integrating Verint with Amazon Connect
Hands-on Verint configuration, deployment, and administration
Experience with Amazon Connect connectors and integration architecture
Strong understanding of PaaS solution design and implementation
Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.
Experience working on enterprise Contact Center and CCaaS implementations
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support deployments
Strong engineering and implementation background

Preferred Skills
AWS Cloud experience
Knowledge of Contact Center Operations and Workforce Optimization
Experience with enterprise security and identity management solutions
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred

Profile Expectations
Candidates must have recent hands-on implementation experience.
Strong preference for engineers who have built, configured, and integrated solutions rather than primarily leading teams or managing products.
Must be able to discuss technical challenges, architecture decisions, and implementation details related to Amazon Connect and Verint integrations.
