Job Title: Senior HRIS Product Engineer

Job Description
As the organization expands its workforce globally, we are striving to build a comprehensive HRIS suite of applications for our employee base, provide an amazing employee experience, and accelerate business transformation.
We are seeking a Sr. Product Engineer to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will drive efficiency, automation, and innovation to improve employee experience and business operations. This role will work on internal HR modules in Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Learning Management Systems, with a focus on building enhancements for global markets, driving data-driven decision-making, streamlining HR processes, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Focus on product roadmap and feature implementations, maintain, and optimize overall HRIS platforms such as Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting/Applicant Tracking Systems, and Learning Management Systems.
- Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to envision a cohesive user experience across multiple systems and processes.
- Demonstrate expertise with system integrations, APIs, and system architecture principles that allow HR systems to scale and secure data integrations.
- Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Identify people data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring systems are optimized to reduce manual reporting and processes.
- Design solutions that are scalable across geographies, leveraging architectural principles around personas, roles, and simple UX for high user adoption.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Work with leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancements for HR modules.
- Provide functional expertise in respective HR modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning, and act as an SME to drive the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a mid-to-large-sized organization.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and related platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Excel, or Power BI.
- Experience with SQL, query tools, data connectors, and orchestration, including the ability to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Project management experience and familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Strong skills in data integrity and data management practices to ensure data privacy and controls.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, implementing and optimizing HR technology solutions such as HRIS, LMS, ATS, performance management systems, and related platforms.
- Experienced with business process reviews, documentation, and improvements through automation and system enhancements.
