Affiliate Manager

Pay Range: $45 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive creator affiliate growth and affiliate-attributed revenue.
• Manage creator affiliate activity across ShopMy and LTK platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, activate, and reactivate creators.
• Develop and maintain direct creator communications and relationships.
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and creator performance.
• Partner closely with agency partners to support execution and accountability.
• Support multiple brands within the portfolio.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience, including affiliate marketing exposure.
• Experience managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs, not solely brand awareness influencer campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK platforms.
• Experience recruiting, activating, and managing creator and influencer relationships.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator commerce ecosystems.
• Experience analyzing affiliate performance and making strategic recommendations to improve results.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing affiliate budgets.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate.
• Existing creator/influencer relationships within the affiliate space.
• Experience within fashion retail, apparel, or beauty industries.
