  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, channels, placements, and other campaign variables to improve marketing efficiency.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, products, features, and audience strategies.
  • Pull, manipulate, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI and visualization platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through detailed QA, reconciliation, and validation of campaign and performance data.
  • Bring a broader business perspective to marketing analysis, connecting campaign-level performance to revenue, customer engagement, audience growth, and overall business objectives.

Program & Project Management:

  • Own multiple marketing programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, dependencies, and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Proactively track open items and follow up with internal partners to keep campaigns and projects moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, requirements, reporting, and project trackers.
  • Identify operational gaps and develop processes that improve campaign execution, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses that contribute to broader marketing and business objectives.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a trusted marketing partner to Audience Engagement, Presales, Sales, Analytics, Product, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across teams to streamline workflows, improve data and campaign processes, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, strong follow-through, and ownership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns is required.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, campaign optimization, audience targeting, segmentation, and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests and translating results into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience building performance reports, dashboards, campaign analyses, and business-facing presentations.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful trends and drivers, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Highly responsible and proactive, with a strong track record of ownership, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to connect day-to-day marketing execution to broader business objectives, customer needs, and commercial outcomes
