Job Summary
Maximum Fasteners is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and expand existing accounts in our territory. This is a field sales role for someone who knows the fastener industry, builds lasting customer relationships, and consistently closes deals.

Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
Assist with local pick-ups and drop-offs
Skills & Qualifications
Must have 3 years of fastener sales experience
Proven sales experience to OEM and MRO companies
Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients
Demonstrated success in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes or more
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
