Manager, Programming & Data Services

National Field Representatives, Inc. seeks a Manager, Programming & Data Services to lead development and maintenance of data systems supporting nationwide mortgage field services. This role oversees a small team of developers/analysts, managing databases, reporting tools, and integrations that support inspections, property preservation, and client reporting. Responsibilities include prioritizing requests, improving data accuracy and compliance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of tools and reports. The manager partners with operations and client teams to translate business needs into reliable, well-documented technical solutions in a stable, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming and data services team to support business operations and clients
• Design, maintain, and optimize databases, ETL processes, and data integrations
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data tools for internal and client use
• Prioritize and manage technical requests from operations and client service teams
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry and client standards
• Document systems, processes, and data flows for reliability and transparency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data or application issues
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
• Support training and adoption of data tools across the organization
