The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash processes, including product development plans and budget allocation. • Drive AI integration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to streamline workflows and improve revenue decision-making. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections, ensuring they deliver measurable gains. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation. • Establish KPIs to measure the business value and adoption of AI implementations within Lead to Cash workflows. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge capabilities. What You'll Need • Minimum 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes and AI/ML technologies. • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services. • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and change management for AI adoption. • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
