Job Description
Business Systems Analyst - Investment management
Hybrid - Boston, MA - onsite Tues-Thurs
- Must be currently located in the Boston area and able to work onsite in a hybrid capacity. Candidates relocating will not be considered.
- Must have investment management experience, with companies such as Fidelity, Wellington, State Street Global Advisors, BlackRock, or similar. Banking alone does not qualify.
- Work closely with Operations stakeholders to optimize workflows, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, focused on operations or process improvement.
- Strong experience with business requirements, process mapping, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
- Experience identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
