CMDB / IRE identification, reconciliation, data quality, duplicate CI troubleshooting
AWS Service Graph Connector configuration, tuning, and AWS-to-ServiceNow integration
ServiceNow ITOM implementation and technical consulting
Health Log Analytics (HLA)
Agent Client Collector (ACC)
Discovery for containers & ephemeral infrastructure
AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
Experience integrating multiple monitoring/event sources with ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment experience
Mandatory Certifications
ServiceNow CSA
ServiceNow CAD
Minimum 2 CIS certifications
CIS-ITOM / ITOM certification preferred
