Position: Sales Manager- CNC Machine Tools
Territory: Alabama, Arkansas, NW, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee
Duties:

• To work with vendors to promote sales that benefit the vendor and Kearney Machinery
• Responsible for hiring and firing of salesmen. Also, monitoring the day-to-day performance of said salesmen.
• Work with management to establish and maintain sales goals for Kearney Machinery
• To be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Kearney‘s vendors
• To oversee reporting of USMTO data each month
• To oversee Kearney's salesforce program. This will ensure that the information is always up-to-date.
• To maintain regular reporting to the owner of sales results, projections, vendor, updates, etc.
• To constantly search for new vendors for the improvement of Kearney Machinery.
• To attend vendor meetings, shows, and related functions.
• Coordinate Kearney‘s participation at IMTS
• International travel is required
