~ Excellent phone communication and interpersonal abilities.
~ Excellent phone sales negotiation, persuasion, and one-call closing skills.
~ Emotional intelligence.
~ Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day and desire to find out who answers.
~ Disciplined with the ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
~ Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
~3+ years of phone sales experience is a big plus.
~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
~ Actively prospect and generate new business via the phone.
