Looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong Oracle CC&B / C2M and Billing Modernization experience.

???? 7+ years job-related CC&B / Oracle C2M experience
???? 9+ years overall relevant experience preferred
???? Strong Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering experience
???? Experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), C2M & Meter-to-Cash processes
???? Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications & solutions
???? Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams & vendors
???? Strong experience with complex projects, testing, solution design & project support
???? Utility industry experience preferred
???? CCBA / CBAP / CC&B certification is a plus
???? Occasional travel/workshops to Stockton or San Ramon, CA
