Senior Business Analyst – ERP

Top Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong ERP experience to support our clients’ business process improvement, technology initiatives, and enterprise application projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred, along with experience supporting manufacturing environments and related business processes.

Responsibilities:

o   Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

o   Gather, document, and prioritize requirements through interviews, workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

o   Analyze current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.

o   Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization.

o   Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, ERP teams, developers, and third-party vendors.

o   Develop business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

o   Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives, including system functionality, configuration, integrations, testing, and process improvements.

o   Work with manufacturing and business teams to support processes such as production, inventory, supply chain, procurement, warehouse operations, and planning.

o   Participate in system testing, UAT, defect resolution, data validation, and implementation activities.

o   Analyze data, reporting, and system integrations to identify issues and support business decisions.

o   Provide production support and troubleshoot ERP and business application issues.

o   Assist with training, documentation, change management, and user adoption of new or enhanced systems.

o   Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications:

o   5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an ERP or enterprise applications environment.

o   Strong experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements.

o   Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, or production support.

o   Strong understanding of business process analysis, process improvement, system testing, and UAT.

o   Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics 365 experience preferred.

o   Manufacturing industry experience preferred, particularly with supply chain, inventory, production, procurement, or warehouse processes.

o   Experience with ERP integrations, data analysis, and reporting.

o   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.

o   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

o   Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
