Must-Have Skills:

• Workday Payroll and HCM Core certifications.
• Experience supporting the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll and Core/Compensation.
• Ability to lead client discussions, drive decisions, and maintain design and decision documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience participating in a Workday implementation.
• Workday Compensation certification.
