Job Description

Job Description: Senior Technical Program Manager
Location: Torrance, CA - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple enterprise technology projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
Own portfolio planning, project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery governance.
Manage competing priorities across multiple projects and technology teams.
Provide executive reporting, steering committee updates, and regular delivery reviews.
Coordinate with Architecture, Application Development, Cloud, Data, QA, Security, Operations, PMO, and business teams.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking, and variance management.
Track KPIs, delivery performance, project health, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities.
Influence business and technical stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile practices, governance standards, and delivery timelines.
Manage vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Support benefits management, pursuit/proposal management, and strategic planning activities.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical architecture, and program deliverables.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

12–15+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or technical program management.
5+ years of experience leading enterprise application development and cloud transformation initiatives.
Proven experience owning a portfolio and managing the delivery of technical assets.
Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leadership.
Ability to influence decisions using data, metrics, and analytical insights.
Exceptional tracking, reporting, planning, and organizational skills.
Technical specialization or strong knowledge in at least one technology practice.
Experience with benefits management, project planning, pursuit/proposal management, and risk/crisis management.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
