Oracle Fusion SCM Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle Fusion SCM experience to lead and coordinate enterprise-level Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, integrations, business process transformation, and cross-functional project delivery.

The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, Oracle functional/technical teams, vendors, and IT leadership to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and according to quality and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and/or transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate Oracle Fusion SCM workstreams across business and technology teams.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Integration teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, risks, and project objectives.
• Coordinate with Oracle functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, QA, data migration, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive project planning through requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Track project progress against timelines, budget, scope, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration and integration activities associated with Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners when required.
• Ensure project documentation, RAID logs, action items, decisions, and status reports are maintained.
• Identify project blockers and drive timely resolution.
• Manage scope changes and ensure appropriate stakeholder approvals.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, PMO standards, and delivery methodologies.
