Location: Hartford, CT Hybrid 02 days per week

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in financial services.
• Strong domain knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Banking.
• Experience managing technology or business transformation projects within investment banks, brokerage firms, or financial institutions.
• Understanding of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and structured products.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven delivery leadership in Financial Services, preferably Private Equity.
• Experience managing complex, multi stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency, and vendor management capabilities.
• Client facing experience with executive level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and enterprise platforms.
