Role: Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Celebration, Florida
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, currently requiring onsite presence two days per week*
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex technology initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle. This individual will partner closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver strategically prioritized initiatives on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical project management background, experience leading large Agile teams, and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced Technology and Digital environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and delivery of technical projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Partner with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership to establish and improve processes that support strategically prioritized initiatives.
• Define, optimize, and manage Agile ceremonies and project management processes for large project teams.
• Manage hardware and software procurement for assigned projects.
• Develop and manage program plans consisting of multiple parallel projects and project managers that collectively deliver significant business impact.
• Monitor and adjust program plans in response to changing priorities and unplanned challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Establish governance practices and provide senior-level oversight and control across the program.
• Manage fiscal practices and controls, including authorization, tracking, and reporting of program expenditures and ROI.
• Develop the infrastructure and operating structure needed to support successful program delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical project or program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise-class solutions.
• Business degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong project management experience, including project planning, budget management, direction setting, and leadership.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and current Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of product-centric delivery models.
• Experience working within a Technology and Digital organization on technology initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail based on the audience and desired outcome.
• Adaptable and flexible leadership style.
• Self-starter who can anticipate project and leadership needs.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity when objectives or end states may not be fully defined.
• Ability to build strong relationships with external leadership and translate stakeholder needs into effective project execution.
