Job Title: SR . Salesforce Developer - Apex & LWC & Data Cloud & agent force
Location : Alpharetta, GA
Responsibilities
o Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
o Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data sources.
o Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
o Implement unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.
o Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.
o Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
o Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
o Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
o Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
o Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
o Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms.
o Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models
