Job Description

The Account Executive - Central will serve as a key driver in expanding our client base and deepening relationships within the Central United States. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions. They will also be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline and delivering accurate sales forecasts to support strategic planning. Ultimately, this position is critical in establishing our brand presence and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
~3+ years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
~ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
~ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Background in technology, software, or related industries. Ability to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and attend events. Additional certifications in sales or account management. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the region.

Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management to inform business strategy. The required skills such as communication, relationship-building, and CRM proficiency are essential for daily interactions with clients and internal teams, enabling the Account Executive to effectively manage the sales pipeline and close deals. Analytical skills are used to interpret sales data and forecast trends, supporting strategic decision-making.

Preferred skills like advanced negotiation and regional market knowledge enhance the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build trust within the territory. Together, these skills empower the Account Executive to deliver consistent results and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
