The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of vehicle issues, from simple fixes like battery and tyre changes to complex fault diagnostics.
• Provide reassurance and quick, confident solutions to members in need.
• Manage your workload to start and finish your shifts from your home driveway.
• Embrace a role with high variety, where no two jobs are the same.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
