Job Description
Position Notes candidates who have hands on experience building and deploying AI/ML models in AWS, with strong Python expertise, along with the general data management skills we were targeting before. below are some of the key requirements:
P&C insurance experience preferred
Experience with AI governance
Chief data office experience
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models
Ability to prepare and deliver data for data science/modeling teams
AWS experience required
Strong Python skills (more important than SQL)
Excellent attention to detail
Candidates should be able to speak to AI/ML as a core focus area, not just a small part of their background
As part of their AI/ data modernization efforts, they're building out a centralized Data Office, and this will be the first hire on the Data Management team.

They're looking for a Senior Data Management Consultant to lead data governance initiatives, including catalog management, metadata standards, data lineage, and data quality, while partnering with business, analytics, and AI/ML teams.
