Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultants

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultants with strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SPM within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow SPM
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Support areas such as Demand Management, Project/Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and financial planning
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and related SPM functionality
• Troubleshoot SPM issues and provide ongoing production support
• Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and enhancements
• Recommend ServiceNow SPM best practices and process improvements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM configuration and implementation
• Knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with both technical and business teams

Preferred

• ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification preferred
• ServiceNow implementation experience in enterprise environments
• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CSA are a plus
