Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Workday Configurator with strong hands-on experience in Workday Payroll and Security configuration. The ideal candidate should be Workday Certified and have experience translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Security and Payroll modules.
• Design and manage role-based security groups and domain policies.
• Configure business processes, approvals, and workflow rules.
• Perform Workday Payroll configuration, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct security audits and access reviews.
• Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and patch implementations.
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation, guides, and knowledge artifacts.

• Strong hands-on Workday Configuration experience.

• Active Workday Certification – Mandatory
