Job Title: NOC Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day NOC operations and mentor L1/L2 engineers
Act as the escalation point for complex network issues
Lead P1/P2 incident response and bridge calls
Perform root cause analysis and improve operational processes
Develop SOPs, runbooks, and incident documentation
Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise networks
