Job Description

Microsoft Syntex Engineer · Document Understanding Specialist · AI-Powered Content Services Engineer
 
Focus: The AI classification layer. Trains and tunes models, measures accuracy, and integrates with Purview auto-apply.
Skills required:
  • Microsoft Document Processing / Syntex model training against production content
  • Content Center administration
  • Accuracy measurement and threshold configuration
  • OCR and handwriting recognition
  • Understanding of PAYG billing structure
  • Working knowledge of Purview to hand off to the architect
Time commitment: ~100–150 hours (mostly Phase 3, some Phase 5) = short burst engagement
Compensation: $100/hour
