Job Description

Hi,

Position: Business Analyst with Data Analytics experience.
Location: Austin, TX / Need Locals
Duration: 6 month contract, can be extended,  
 
Accepting only Austin, TX  consultant (Within 30 miles radius)
 
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of data, operations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven reporting, scorecards, and outcome metrics in a complex operational environment.
  • Comfortable owning operational processes end to end: mapping flows, defining schedules, documenting procedures, and managing on-call/escalations.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption of new tools and workflows across multiple teams or plants.
