The Role

• Assemble, terminate, and polish fiber optic cables and components.
• Operate specialized fiber optic preparation and testing equipment.
• Inspect components using microscopes and precision measurement tools.
• Perform optical testing, including insertion loss and return loss measurements.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Adhere to cleanroom and ESD procedures while handling sensitive materials.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or fiber optics is preferred.
• Ability to work with small components and fine motor tools with precision.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to follow detailed written instructions and engineering drawings.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and training.
